Virginia STAR and the Techs for Troops Project entered into a partnership to assist their organization in supplying military families with the technology they need as well as education and training to transition them to civilian careers. Mark Casper (right), the director of the T4TP, brought a box truck to the VA STAR warehouse and spent a sweaty Thursday morning loading hundreds of machines along with Chuck Drake (left) and Dean Marquis (Not Pictured). This collaboration was the first of many between the two organizations to strengthen and help their communities.
